It all started in 2016 with a love for dogs and a simple idea. We launched Barking Bad as an all-natural dog treat bakery, whipping up healthy snacks for the pups we loved. But as dog owners know, one thing always leads to another.
As we spent more time with our community, we realized that finding gear that was actually functional, durable, and stylish was harder than it should be.
So, we hung up the apron and picked up the sewing needle. We evolved from a bakery into a full-fledged pet boutique with a single mission: to solve the biggest pain points of pet parenthood.
The "No-Knot" Bandana Revolution
Our first big mission? Fixing the classic dog bandana. We were tired of tying complicated knots only to have them fall off at the park, and we hated the fear of losing our favorite gear.
That’s why we designed our signature Slide-On Bandana. No knots, no ties, no stress—just a secure sleeve that slides right onto the collar.
We started with 10 humble patterns, and thanks to your support, we now offer over 300 designs (and counting!). Hand-sewn and 100% cotton, they are made to stay put on every adventure.
